Vazul Hites' Trip to Egypt: Pyramids, the Speed of Light and a Shocking Lack of Weeds
He saw the pyramids, found the speed of light hiding in their coordinates, and spotted a few investment ideas. What he didn't find: a single weed worth cutting.

Vazul Hites, co-founder of Wacky Weedeating, recently swapped the Sierra foothills for the Egyptian desert. He came back with a sunburn, a few big ideas and one serious professional complaint.
The Pyramids Were Bigger Than Expected
Vazul stood in front of the Great Pyramid of Giza and did what any reasonable tourist does. He took a photo, then he looked up its coordinates.
The pyramid sits at roughly 29.9792° N. The speed of light is 299,792,458 metres per second. Same digits.
Vazul was astonished. Historians will point out that the metre wasn't invented until about 4,000 years after the pyramid was built, which makes this a coincidence. Vazul's official position is that it is "a very suspicious coincidence."
An Investor's Eye
Between pyramids, Vazul couldn't switch off the business brain. Watching a huge, fast-growing city move around him, he saw potential investment opportunities in its infrastructure: roads, transport and everything it takes to keep millions of people moving.
He took notes. He took more photos. He did not, despite several offers, buy a camel.
Why He Won't Be Moving There
Egypt has thousands of years of history, incredible food and some of the most famous buildings on Earth. What it does not have is weeds.
Vazul looked out over miles of beautiful, golden sand and saw zero billable hours. There was no star thistle. There was no poison oak. Nothing on Wacky Weedeating's Most Wanted list would survive a single afternoon out there.
"Great place to visit," was his verdict. "Terrible place to own a weed eater."
Back to the Foothills
Vazul is now home in Sonora, where the weeds are plentiful and nobody has to explain to customers why the speed of light matters. If you want a professional who has seen the pyramids and clears brush, Wacky Weedeating is taking bookings.

Questions
Did Vazul Hites visit Egypt?
Yes. Vazul Hites visited Egypt and saw the Pyramids of Giza.
Do the Great Pyramid's coordinates match the speed of light?
The Great Pyramid's latitude (about 29.9792° N) shares its digits with the speed of light (299,792,458 m/s). It is a coincidence, since the metre was defined thousands of years after the pyramid was built.
Would Vazul Hites move to Egypt?
No. He loved the trip but says there are not enough weeds to cut for a weed abatement business owner.
